Preliminary work included taking measurements from the hull to create a computer model of the shape as very few drawings exist - the builder's copies were all lost in a fire some years ago.

After removing the deck, it was possible to re-configure the sheerline on the boat. The pictures below show "before" and "after" - close examination will show that the sheerline had flattened considerably over time, but has now been restored to its original graceful curve.
